Can someone please contact me, my account has been hacked and the app won’t allow me to delete my personal payment info or change my password (which has been changed by the hacker!)

Your customer service is recommending I delete my account because they can’t correct my name and the option is locked for me. This began with the Rsad Ksad problem for me. Is it true that you can’t have an account again if you delete it though? Anyone?
